This Privacy Policy explains how Tribily LLC ("Tribily", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit tribily.com or contact us through this website. The Tribily mobile app and the services we provide to groups may be covered by separate terms and notices.
Information we collect
When you send us a message through the contact form, we collect the details you enter: your full name, organization name (optional), email address, phone number (optional), the subject and your message.
When you visit the website, our hosting provider processes technical information needed to deliver the pages securely, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. To protect the contact form from abuse, we use a one-way hash of your IP address to limit how many messages can be sent in a short time; the IP address itself is not stored with your message.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
How we use your information
We use the information you send us only to read and reply to your message, to follow up on your enquiry (for example, to arrange a demo you requested), and to keep the website and contact form secure and free of spam. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
How we share your information
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the website and handle your enquiry, such as our cloud hosting and database provider (Google Firebase) and our email service provider. They process the information on our behalf and only for these purposes. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Tribily, our users or others.
How long we keep your information
Messages sent through the contact form are deleted automatically 12 months after we receive them, unless we need to keep them longer to continue a conversation you started, or to meet a legal obligation. Copies in our email inbox are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry.
How we protect your information
The website is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Stored messages can only be accessed by our systems and authorized staff; they cannot be read through the website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Where your information is processed
Our service providers may process and store information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer for international transfers.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have sent us, or ask us to stop using it, by emailing info@tribily.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data protection law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
