In the app
- Open Tribily and sign in.
- Go to Profile > Settings, then Delete account under Account.
- Read the summary of your groups and anything you still owe, type DELETE, and confirm it's you with your password, Google or Apple.
By email
If you can't use the app, email info@tribily.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We check that the request comes from you before we delete anything, and we reply once it's done.
What is deleted
- Your name, email address, phone number, photo and sign-in details.
- Your membership of every group. Auto-pay stops, and the card you saved with a group is removed from its payment account.
- Your notifications and the devices registered for them.
What is kept
Payments you made stay in your groups' records, because they are the groups' books. They are shown as "Former Member" instead of your name. See section 7 of our Privacy Policy.
Before you can delete
- If you own a group, delete the group first (Group settings > Delete group).
- If you are the only admin of a group, make someone else an admin first.
You can sign up again later with the same email address. It will be a new account.
