Open Query, founded by Arjen Lentz, develops and delivers training and expertise for MySQL, MariaDB, Percona Server & related technologies. They have engineers on four continents, generally working remotely.

Open Query takes care of:
  • System/network administration of the MySQL, MariaDB or Percona Server-related infrastructure (application servers, storage);
  • Database Audits based on configurations, security and server performance;
  • Design of MySQL Replication and clustering scenarios.

What’s the benefit for you?
When you get into a contract with Open Query, Tribily monitoring with alerting is included for free for all your database servers. Other servers can be added for a minimal fee of 5 EUR per server per month. You can be certain that your environment is properly monitored and you will be notified when any issues arise.

How does it work?
When you hire Open Query for their pro-active support services, any server that is used in production and uses MySQL or MariaDB is monitored for free by Tribily. Any other server will cost an additional 5 EUR per month. More information on Open Query's proactive support service is listed here.

After your contract with Open Query is signed, you will get a login for Tribily, through which you can monitor your servers.
